Virgo New Moon Women's Circle

When women gather, magical thigs happen! Join us mid-month on Friday 9/15 for our New Moon Women's Circle. 

The New Moon is happening at 21 degrees Virgo. Virgo is an earth sign and very related to organizing daily life and house-keeping. Virgo can be very intellectual, analytical, critical and desiring to take precise action. Virgo rules the digestive tract, small intestines, pancreas, sense organs, eyes and ears. However, near the New Moon, Neptune goes into opposition, making it harder to connect with your deeper self as the spiritual waters are muddied. Mercury, Virgo's ruling planet also ends its retrograde on the same day, however we will be in the shadow of the retrograde until the 30th, so we will need to approach this day carefully. Feelings of safety will be related to order and clarity, even in emotions. This will be a great time to make lists, better organize your daily routines, tune into the details of your body and ground yourself.

We have carefully curated this Yin Yoga practice to be an excellent opportunity for the housekeeping of your own divine temple with postures to nourish the digestive tract, breathwork and meditation to ease the critical mind, a sound healing to nourish the sense organs and energy body and journaling to organize your thoughts and intentions making space to relax, let go, trust and surrender to the flow of life. 

While you are being led through this deeply relaxing and rejuvenating Yin Yoga practice, the lovely Sound Healer, Shannon Larissa Claussen will offer a reiki-infused sound healing immersion that will penetrate the body on a cellular level, bringing you into ease, balance and clarity, drawing the busy mind into the spacious, loving heart, attuning you to life's rhythm.
