The Mind Training Immersion is a 3-week concentration intensive designed to strengthen your attention, stabilize your nervous system, and refine your perception.

We train in single-point awareness on the breath at the nostrils — the classical foundation of samadhi (concentration practice). Each week builds progressively, developing mental endurance, clarity, and inner steadiness.
