For those called to live it, not teach it.

You’re ready to go beyond the poses; to deepen your own physical practice and spiritual connection through the wisdom of your body, breath and consciousness.
You want to learn to still the mind, to understand the energy body and to take a deep dive into yoga philosphy, history, science, anatomy and ancient wisdom of the yogic path.
