Heal yourself, heal the collective! 

Join us at Blue Hole for a FREE Community offering to celebrate the Summer Sosltice, the longest day of the year. The only thing you need to bring to gain access is fresh flowers and a yoga mat. 

We will be creating an earth altar, flower mandala together for Mother Earth, then we will move, breathe and meditate together! 

Liv will guide you through a short yoga practice and  breathwork and Erica Fick will be offering a sound healing. Our intention is to help you align with the new energies of the summer, honor the rhythms of the earth and enjoy time together as a community. 

Aftewards, take a cold plunge in the beautiful waters of Blue Hole to refresh yourself.
