Sunday Yoga Temple is more than a yoga class, it’s a living prayer. We begin in community, our voices joining together in mantra before moving through an intentionally woven journey of Kundalini, breathwork, dynamic flow, meditation, and deep presence.

Expect to sweat, to laugh, to breathe fully, and to remember what it feels like to be completely alive in your body while deeply connected to something greater than yourself.

For years, this space has held countless moments of transformation, celebration, healing, and friendship. Whether you’ve been practicing here since the beginning or this is your first time stepping into the yurt, you’re warmly welcomed into the circle.
