The full moon in Sagittarius asks us to release your need to be "everything everywhere all at once." Forced expansion isn't always beneficial. It is a beautiful time to reconnect with yourself and others in a kind a gentle way. We will move our bodies, breathe and meditate in order to align and be of service to each of our own unique visions.
Then we will learn all about the current astrology and deeper knowledge of this moon's energy and how you can best support your life with nutrition, movement and ritual.
