Leo Full Moon Circle

Join us for the first full moon of 2024, the Leo Full Moon. A great way to check in with each other on how the first month of the new year is going for everyone so far. Are we aligned with our intentions, manifestations, hopes, dreams, visions and goals for 2024? Have we done the work to clear our path to make way for new? Are we solid in our grounding and centering practices and aligned with our hearts - activating the courageous Leo the Lion heart? Being grounded, centered and in heart coherence is going to be key to riding the energy waves of 2024!  Let's gather!!

We will kick off the evening  with an Astrology workshop with Evolutionary Astrolger, Shannon Gill. She will guide us through the astrology of the Leo Full Moon and other important transits. Then Liv, inspired by the powerful fiery energy of the Leo Full Moon will guide you through a heated Vinyasa Yoga practice. She will also incorporate some powerful kundalini breathwork, heart coherence meditation and chakra alignment - time to get centered, clear & coherent! We will spend some time refinining our 2024 visions together and end the evening with a full moon release ritual. 

Here's a heads up on the Astrology of the Leo Full Moon...

January 2024 is a time of significant evolutionary acceleration.  The beginning of Aquarius season and Pluto’s second ingress in the sign bring our attention to our personal individuation and deconditioning journeys, as well as to collective social shifts and our transition to the Age of Aquarius. As the month comes to an end, the Full Moon in Leo opposite Pluto invites us to reflect on the ongoing dance between creation and destruction.

Every year, Aquarius season comes to remind us to celebrate our uniqueness and embrace individual differences. This time of the year reminds us of the power of connection and collaboration and of the value of creating and growing together. The Sun’s journey through Aquarius brings our attention to our relationship with our communities and with the larger human collective, inviting us to reflect not only on how our communities can support us, but also on how we can serve our communities.

One of this year's biggest transits is whhen Pluto shifts into Aquarius on 1/21, which is there until September and then briefly goes back into Capricorn for 2 months for a final destruction of old paradigms and then transitions into Aquarius in November for the next 20 years, thus the beginning of a new era. Pluto’s transit through Aquarius is going to last until 2044, and this shift marks a turning point in our personal and collective evolution. Pluto’s upcoming transit through the sign of the Water Bearer catalyzes a change in the relationship between individuals and society, inviting each of us to embrace a new level of personal responsibility.

During a time of strong emphasis on the opposite sign of Aquarius, the Full Moon in Leo opposite Pluto brings up intense feelings and emotions. This lunation marks a time of creative and emotional maturation and could draw our attention to indirect, subtle ways we try to have our needs for attention, recognition, and validation met. Leo represents the full expression of Self, the blossoming of our creative potential, while Pluto represents the necessary deaths, releases, and transformations that are also a part of life and of any creative process. This Full Moon brings our attention to the interplay between creation and destruction and may offer us opportunities to reflect on what needs to die in our lives to free up creative energy.

2024 is another year colored by the energy of Pluto and his dance between Capricorn and Aquarius: this is a dance between past and future, between the old paradigm and the new paradigm, between the known and the unknown. As with all transitional periods, this shift is characterized by chaos: many situations are coming to a breaking point, long-standing issues are erupting in extreme ways to push us to find new solutions and explore new ways of dealing with them.

The month of January 2024 will remind us, once again, that things cannot go on as they always have: the status quo is no longer sustainable. With Pluto entering Aquarius and Uranus, Aquarius’ modern ruler, stationing direct in Taurus, the pressure will be on, and the pace of events will speed up significantly. As we enter a time of significant evolutionary acceleration, we can expect to experience both substantial social changes and deep inner transformations affecting each of us individually.

Our intention is to help you become the best version of yourself by becoming aware of events in your life, by becoming more aware of their meaning and by finding your own purpose and meaning. Astrology is your manual towards your freedom and as such, it helps you connect all the pieces from your life that seem chaotic and it puts them in harmony so that you can find your own harmony within yourself, with others and with your purpose.
