Igniting the Spark Within

Dear Sister, 

Do you feel called to be a lightning rod for the divine, to spark your deepest desires and illuminate the world with your brilliant light?

It is with a deep reverence for the sacred in you that we invite you to, "Igniting the Spark Within", a day retreat at Upekkha Retreats. Our "spark" is that which lights us up in life. As you know, this can get buried or forgotten over time as we become engulfed in the busyness of modern life.

This is your invitation to slow down, create an awareness of your internal obstacles, and ignite your "spark". We will be doing this through connection to earth-based wisdom; the elements, forces of nature, and the 7 directions, with the loving assistance of madre cacao, breathwork, and sound healing.

Refreshments will be provided, however, please bring:

• Yoga mat
• Blanket
• Journal and pen
• Water bottle
• Something you don't mind getting wet
• Eye mask if you prefer (we will have some on hand)
