This is a powerful 5-5 Scorpio Full Moon and Lunar Eclipse! Time to dive inside your deepest feelings through meaningful practices of breath, movement, meditation and an understanding of the current astrological energies and how they affect you and the collective. 

Join us on the land and in the yurt at Upekkha Retreat to honor these beautiful natural cycles on earth and how these powerful energies are guiding us, learning to flow with the river of emotions that Scorpio can bring.  We will begin the evening with a yoga, breath work and meditation practice taking us deep into our bodies and our emotions.
