Step into the warmth of The Center for Harmonic Resonance as we gather to honor the Winter Solstice, the longest night of the year. This sacred workshop offers a space to pause, reflect, and heal while connecting with the energy of rest and renewal. We honor the winter season as a time of introspection and together we will share & release what has been emotionally and mentally challenging for us in 2024 to witness how these challenges have been helping us to evolve and expand our consciousness and provided a deeper understanding of ourselves. Through movement, breathwork, meditation, intuitive coaching and sacred ceremony we will prepare for the light and possibilities of 2025.
