About the event
Join ME, (Spiritual Teacher, Liv Toepfer) and my beautiful friend, Founder of Dogma, Kristin Goss for a special celebration of The Day Out of Time. Discover time as art with a mini class on Mayan Astrology (Tzolkin Calendar) and tap into your inner artist to experience a beautiful Indigo Dye Creative Workshop to prepare for the energies of the new Blue Rhythmic Storm year.
I have been exploring the study of the Mayan Tzolkin Calendar since 2007 and have really only began to finally understand it the past 4 years but then really started to live by this calendar daily for the past 2 years. The deeper I go into this system and the more I use it regularly, the more fascinated I become with the cycles and rhythms and energies of life! This calendar system really helps to understand our multidimensionality and to widen our perspective and see the beatuiful gifts of each days' unique energy signature, tone and rhythm that are available to work with on your own spiral of evolution.
In deep gratitude for the Maya people, Mayan Astrology and reverance for this system, I wanted to celebrate and share about this special Day Out of Time to generate some curiosity to go deeper. And since this day is all about celebration and preparing for a new year, I really wanted to make it special! This collaboration with Dogma is going to be a beautiful way to play, explore and create together in community!Â
But first...What is the Day Out of Time?
The Day out of Time is held on the 25th of July every year, as part of the Dreamspell version of the Mayan Calender. The concept of being out of Time is like the feeling of being in a state of timelessness, a feeling that we don’t get to experience too often when the tick tock of a clock is ever present in our everyday world.
The Day out of time is the culmination of the 13 Moon Calendar year originated from the Mayan science of time. It was included in the Mayan calendar to even up the 13 moon year and a 365 day solar year, which are different by about a day. This date was chosen as the time of year that Sirius (the dog star) rises with the sun after being in the underworld for a period of time, representing amongst other traditions the flooding of the Egyptian Nile River giving nourishment to the people. Sirius is also thought to be, by some, the Great Central Sun of the Universe, from which our galaxy rotates around.
The 13-moon calendar is not just a solar-lunar orbital measure, but is coded to galactic timing cycles, most notably the Sirius cycle. Through the 13-moon calendar, human consciousness can enter into galactic consciousness.
This day is observed as a day free of time in the 13 Moon Calendar. It is a day of reverence and cultural appreciation for the concept "Time is Art."Â
The Day Out of Time is the day to celebrate time is art. And since art is the basis of constructive peace, this day is also celebrated as International Peace through Culture Day. Peace through culture is a fundamental premise of the 13 moon/28-day calendar. When you celebrate time is art you are promoting peace through culture. Â This day is also marked by ceremonies of universal forgiveness; it's a way of starting the New Year off on a clean, compassionate footing.
Mayan Time is intended to synchronize the Personal, Planetary, & Galactic Mind. By learning to use this calendar, you are joining people all around the world in Galactic Culture & helping Raise the Frequency on Planet Earth.

The Blue Rhythmic Storm year promises to be one of initiation by fire, the lightning path, the arrival of the thunderbeings who bring the final transformation. To the Maya, Blue Storm represents the storm, the thundercloud full of purifying rain, and the lightning that shatters any false structuring of reality.Â
Blue Storm is the purification of the 'body temple' and the ignition of the light body. In these last years of a twenty-six-thousand-year Mayan grand cycle, Blue Storm comes to help you in the disintegration process that moves you from separation to ascension. This initiation by fire breaks any false containers of self that cannot withstand the flame of transmutation. Only your true identity will live through these fires, for you will be reborn in the heart of All That Is.
So lets gather to raise our frequency of JOY and PLAY and prepare for a big year of transformation and awakening!Â
