Dance of the 21 Qualities of Tara

Anjali, the Co-Founder of Austin Tara Circle and Shannon Gill of the Shift Network are co-hosting the Dance of the 21 Qualities of Tara and will be offering a monthly Tara Dance on the first Sundays at 2pm-4pm at Upekkha Retreat. 

Through the precious Tara Dance lineage, we fully embody the Divine Feminine in our lives to shine our love and light where it is most needed. 

The movements of these sacred dances are beautiful, simple, and powerful, inspired by Dances of Universal Peace in their simplicity and Classical Indian Dance in their symbolism and power of the mudra gestures. The visualizations and mantra are based on the Tibetan Buddhist practices of the Noble Tara. However, Mother Tara transcends any one religion, and ultimately our practice about manifesting the Divine Feminine archetypes from many spiritual traditions.
