Join us for a tantric breathwork and cacao ceremony! You’ll have the opportunity to connect more deeply to yourself and your partner for a truly transformative date night experience. The deep and conscious breathing involved in these practices can activate the parasympathetic nervous system, promoting relaxation and reducing stress levels. As a result, this can allow you to more easily access your sensual nature and desire, especially if you are someone who tends to disconnect from intimacy in times of stress.

As you breathe together, you become attuned to each other's energy and presence, fostering a deeper emotional and spiritual connection. Tantric breathwork can bring emotions to the surface, allowing you and your partner to release any emotional blockages or tensions you’ve been holding. This emotional release can create a safe space for vulnerability and healing within the relationship.Tantric breathwork is not solely focused on physical pleasure but also on spiritual growth and transformation. By engaging in this practice together, couples can support each other's spiritual journey and mutual growth. What Participants Need to Know:

• Eat a clean light meal no later than 5pm
• Bring a journal and water bottle
• Eye masks, yoga mats, and blankets will be provided but feel free to bring your own from home, if you prefer
• A signed waiver is required for participation in this experience

Bio:

Emily Shaw is a certified fertility specialist, functional nutritionist, breathwork facilitator, and reproductive health advocate. She has been practicing yoga, meditation and integrative holistic wellness for the last 17 years. Her personal journey has been, and continues to be, imbued with the wisdom of plant medicines, breathwork, and finding the sacred in everyday living.
