We will bring together tea ceremony and sound journeying alongside a powerful Kundalini Practice.
Holding sacred space together through intention, breath, and meditation will allow us to deepen into the present moment and into our bodies and cultivate heart coherence and attune our body, mind, heart and energy field to be i n harmony with the new season.
As each bowl of tea gently guides us towards softening into our hearts, slowing our rhythms, and opening to our inner realms, we will then experience sounds and vibrations that take us on a spiritual journey through sound healing to re-attune ourselves and our intentions towards self-love and love for community.
